Spring is in the air

There's a real feeling of spring in the air. Despite early morning frost and a nippy minus 2ºC, there
were blue skies and sunshine for the rest of the day. Snowdrops and crocuses are appearing in
the flowerbeds and lambs are back on the PAD menu. This Mum was surrounded by a crowd of
babies, all of whom were obviously not her own.

Oh they are adorable!!! We have some lovely English daffodils here in our kitchen, I'm so thankful that you across the pond are willing to share your beautiful spring flowers with us! :) Won't have our own for another 2mos. Ugh!

I think it's the "face to face" connection between the ewe and the lamb on the left that makes the shot.

Lovely work with all those lambs. I find those coloured marks rather ominous, and always wonder what they mean! Nice shot though, to get so many altogether.
