A frosty morning

This was taken before we left to spend Christmas with the in-laws in Oldham, England but
I didn't have time to post it that day as I was working and then had to go straight to the airport.
The cold snap which descended over Ireland and the UK meant that we were worried that
our flight would be delayed or cancelled but fortunately our travel plans went without a hitch.
Big goose feather flakes of snow were falling as we landed at Manchester airport so my
desire for a White Christmas was fulfilled.
Will catch up with commenting and posting lots of snowy images in the coming days but
it's back to work tomorrow, December 29th.

Just enough snow for a white Christmas but not enough to spoil the travel plans.
