I think this pair rather resemble
Don Quixote and Sancho Panza.

Oh dear, beetroot is one vegetable that I've never come to like. But I like this shot of it; I think that the angle and that small space of separation between the two starters (with the "hat" of the near one appearing to "tuck in" to the space under the far one) was a good choice.
