A fine sculpture by the artist John Behan, commissioned by National University of Ireland,Galway and the SIPTU trade union entitled "Equality Emerging", situated near the Salmon Weir Bridge in Galway city.

Presented for todays's Thursday challenge as I think it reveals a spirit that is throwing off the bounds of accepted norms and literally stepping out from being crowded by them.
