Fish

One of my favourite ways of cooking a salmon fillet: place it on a piece of tin foil, add a knob of butter, a shake of sea salt and ground black pepper, a spoonful of white wine, close over the foil so it makes a "papillote" or parcel, and bake in a gentle oven heat for about 15 mins. Delicious!

Now I'm hungry!
Mairéad14-Sep-2008 11:32
Yes, I do it like that too, but add a thin slice of onion. Unfortunately
I'm the only fish eater in our house - it's the bones factor.
