This is am absolute treat to get such detailed information. Despite the fact that I am a qualified motor technician, I did not notice how the ball was taken out.I managed to dissemble my unit, but would surely have made a mistake re-assembling the ball seal incorrectly. Great post. I have model 75/500max 120 GPS. Will the kit you posted be the same as my dual 500 . I was getting strange presure and my bowl will not refill. Broke a bowl taking the drain out. So I need a new bowl. Like the petcock drain option but would aliminate the heat protecting on the bowl . What do you think.

I have 2 of the same filters with the check value washer upside down didn't get fuel properly

Thanks for this helpful set of instructions! I had put my check valve washer back in upside down and it was causing all sorts of problems. Much appreciated!
