This image is of Beth Huddart, this was taken when she was 6 months old earlier on this year. The flash lighting and exposure were set up the same as with Finley, this time, as Beth was crawling, I encouraged her to play by scattering the rose petals around her, most of which she tried to eat!! But I managed to get this shot before she did. This time I took a slightly more arty approach in photo shop by colour burning the colour rose petals though a black and white layer added on top of the original colour image. I then desaturated the underlying colour layer slighty so the petals weren't too bright and obtrusive.
