I think this picture is an example of abstraction. I wanted to get the atmosphere of a beach day. I could take a photo of the wide beach with a lot of people, but I was lying down on the sand and suddenly these bathers crossed in front of me wearing these coloured bathing suits, then I remembered the Phil’s advice about including less to say more and shot.
