Canon 5D With 17mm-40mm F4 "L" Lens ( The Poor Man's Pro Camera)

Full frame shots is the reason to buy this over the 30D. You can a " Reasonable" priced "L " lens like the 17mm-40mm F4 lens and have an awesome setup. 5D is 12.8 megs. and I have made some nice 24 by 36 posters with this setup. If you like big photos and wide angles,, this camera is for you..

Monte it is a hell good camera. Me I have a Canon 30D, what I like of my camera in b&w function, the camera has color filters we can use same as real b&w. Nice picture Monte!Vote

Poor man's? I have the lens, but the body is a bit too pricey for me. I'd love to have a full frame sensor though. The 17-40 just isn't wide enough on my crop body.
