Running his Service Station in Manson since 1976 and claims to have been pumping gas for 65 years all in all. Since he runs a full service gas station and pumps your gas, our state makes him pay 250.00 to go to a state run " Class " to make sure he does it right. ( Just another way our state gouges money ).
