From the Red-shouldered Hawk gallery: RSHA
The nest was blown down near the day the eggs were expected to hatch. There were four eggs.
The camera was on a tripod and aimed at the sky just above the nest. It was set to rapid fire upon finding a focus - when the bird came in to view.
I did sit in a nearby chair with refreshments holding the remote to get things started as the bird approached.
