Four big new homes on Lake Riverstone. All were built this summer and have sold and are now occupied.
While most of your states and countries are suffering in a recession, our economy is doing fairly well.
Home building and home sales have been only slightly slower than normal.

We have the same lakeside & canal living here...the silly thing is, swimming pools must have a childproof safety fence around them...not that I disagree, all children need safety, however it's all very odd !!
