This is not the Okoboji Dairy truck. This picture was taken in 1920, the Okoboji Dairy was established in 1935. The boy sitting on the fender is my father, Byrnard Smith, who was the brother of the Okoboji Dairy founder, Byron Smith. Byrnard later bought the dairy in 1950. Byrnard and Byron (and Maynard, Marilyn and Cameron) were grandsons of Milton Smith, who along with his brother RA were original settlers. The picture is in front of the Okoboji Store.
