Mushrooms have not allways been a part of my wide aknowledge.
This came in the early 80es when one of my friends was breaking my balls every day with his mushroom stories.
Since I am allways ready to discover new things, I asked him to bring me to the woods and see what's about. In less then 2 years the newbie overhauled the teacher in that field. We where once belonging to the Natural Science Museum in Luxemburg and acreditated people in recognizing mushrooms and selecting them for other people and thus listed in the lists issued by the Luxemburg National Laboratory of Toxicology.
When I went to Brussels in 1990, and further away from the woods I knew once, I took some distance to this hobby while my friends in Luxemburg continued. But, still today, I am able to recognize some 1000 and more mushrooms in the nature and my eyes catch them where ever I see some.
