Paired pistons, opposite each other, constantly firing and balancing the vibrations. One of the best twin piston engines ever built. Very smooth, lots of torque, and super reliablity. Reaching 100,000 miles is very easy for these twins. This one has 63,300 miles with no internal work except new valve seats for today's unleaded fuel.
