A simple tiny knot on a log cabin I knew

This dime sized knot is on the Harts Meadow log cabin, just east of Mt Shasta. During work, I explored this homestead while taking ecosystem plots for the usfs. The land owners were very protective, and I was very respective of their land, but I stole a few photos of their treasure.
