On the way to the highest Buddha statue in Da Nang ( Bodhisattva of Mercy), we passed a small fishing community with their round fishing boats as a mean of traveling between the big fishing boat to shore.

Very cool and interesting. Great POV as well. I was curious if you knew if these boats actually started out as boats or were they something else that were adapted as boats?
