I think there is an air mass changed on the eastern slope of the Washington's Cascades created a distinctive cloud formation. It was very strong wind at all altitude on friday...over 110 knots at 30,000 feet. We leveled out at FL370 and ended up FL390 (Flight Level 39000) for smooth ride
