Salt anticline at Jackson Hole

Amasa Back Trail (near Moab, Utah)

The sandstone is tilted because a huge blob of salt deep underground has pushed
it up. The mine across the river (not seen here) is tapping that salt. The
Amasa Back Trail ends close to the upper left portion of the tilted ground.

If you are asking me if the salt is called the "McQueen Formation," all I know is that it is not composed of the sand pebbles.
