From the parking lot at the end of the paved road, a dirt road continues eastward up the valley. This
shot was taken a short way up that dirt road. Delicate Arch Viewpoint is out of view to the left.
There is a fascinating visual deception at work here: although it appears that Delicate Arch is
"connected" to the light-colored rock in front of it, there is a huge amphitheater bewteen the two.
