No doubt you've seen messages like this when trying to access PBase or upload photos.
This is the way PBase lets users know that there is a temporary glitch that is
causing a slowdown of operations. There is an "up side" to this though: this message
means that the hit counters can rest for a bit, which conserves electricty.
