Whining packet mixers

These packet mixers are the things that route data packets to the proper Internet
channel. They are customized versions of wind turbines, altered to stir data, not
air. Despite advances in sound-control technology, they emit a pleasant whine
as the stirring blades revolve in a circle.

Scientists have studied this problem for years. Outside consultants, including author
Ray Bradbury, have been here to try to unravel the secret behind the noise and to
develop a solution. Bradbury, who was amused by the noise, dubbed it "dandelion whine."

Dave, what key is the whine in? Certain keys will cause animals to behave strangely. A coyote was actually filmed trying to mate with a jackrabbit near some of these structures. Nice photo, by the way--has a pleasant surreal quality to it.

Dan, that's right, but reversed currant also makes a lousy jam.

If you reverse the currant they make a nice breeze

Ray Bradbury was a genius. He also carries practically the same opinion of a disgusting American weasel that I carry.

Oh. that makes sense.

Larry, they don't whine when the blades are still.

Nice photo , Dave. I am sorry I don't hear anything though.

Very good photograph.

Good humour, as well.

"Pleasant whine."

And even Ray Bradbury!

I'm still chuckling.
