Jump Off Joe is one of the summits in the Horse Heaven Hills in southeastern Washington, a few miles south of Kennewick. This high point is the site of numerous wind turbines and communications towers. I saw the wind turbines from afar while driving south on Interstate 82 and felt compelled to examine the place. The view of Kennewick was very nice. The previous photo shows the view I had when approaching the top of the hill.
