I do love that craftsmanship they still use. Just think about how otherwise grapes are handled like in steel thanks and silos in large amounts. So this makes this wine superior to others. Since this are blue grapes, they make from the "Trester" a Marc de Languedoc. Salut!

It must be wine season all over France! We were tasting our way through many vineyards in St. Emillion & the Loire Valley.

I passed by there the other day and took a shot too...
these bags a taken to the distillery to make alcohol. Marc, or eau-de-vie... you might call that Brandy???
