Very informative shot! She (am I right?) is eating kamaru or kamamaru (the insect), a delicacy of the Kapampangans. Best cooked as adobo and then fried. Usually available at the Cabalen restaurants and the Everybody's Cafe in San Fernando, Pampanga.

The low angle, exposure, action and background made this capture of another common white bird a keeper for me. This is one of the very rare times I was able to use ISO 100 at birds.
