HIGHEST PHILIPPINE HIGHWAY. As the banged up sign says, this portion of the Halsema Highway at Atok, Benguet Province
is the highest point (Elev. 2256 m/7400 feet) of the Philippine Highway System. This is where I stop and calibrate my altimeter.
