RAINBOW OVER BUED RIVER. A spectacular rainbow appeared at sunset yesterday over the Bued River at Rosario, near the concrete batch plant of Ten-Four Readymix.
The plant was pouring concrete at TPLEX Phase II when the amazing visual display happened, and I was fortunate to have a camera handy during this rare moment.
