For all our friends ‘down the hill’ in our old village who have been having a shitty time of late…..you know who you all are!

Take one kilo of hugs
Peel and dice them so they spread more and you don’t have to get past their skins to find the nice bits
Add a pint of love stock (warm and wet, just like the real thing)
Sprinkle in a generous quantity of happy thoughts
Bring to the boil and scatter on top a few sparkles of sunshine (we all feel better in the sun’s rays)
Season to taste with fun, laughter and joy.

Serve with a large dollop of kindness on top and enjoy!

OK – I know this can’t right the nasty and distressing things that have been going on, but hopefully it’ll make you all smile and know that we’re thinking of you!
