Yes folks, this is WHL Sarah as she really is when she isn’t being a footie hooligan with ‘yours truly’. Tonight we have smashed our previous poor record of never seeing one another out of season, today we’ve been together for the second time in a close season!

Sarah came over for a spot of supper as her school has broken up for its summer holidays so she was able to accept an invite over here. I took the liberty of asking her to pose and here she is – no football shirt in sight and no pint of Stella Artois either.

It remains one of those brilliant ‘dine-out’ tales – the one of our meeting and I doubt I’ll ever forget it.

We’re all so looking forward to 14th August when we start our campaign for next season. Who knows, we may even be safe by March……….now wouldn’t that be cool!
