Mat and Mand's company sponsored this exhibition of 20th century photography at the Tate Modern. They thought we'd appreciate it and so offered us some free tickets to the event. It was a fabulous contradiction of awe-inspiring brilliance and voyeurism dressed up as art.

All four of us came away thinking there are some wonderful photographers, deserving of every accolade as well as some who rode to success on shock-value alone. I think we all felt a little less intimidated by our own picture taking and more keen to keep striving for good, high quality pictures of our own.

The whole day was superb. Thanks Mat and Mandy for thinking of us. We really appreciated it.
