It is Shazbop's birthday on Monday - she's a Bastille Day baby. Last time we met, Sharon complained the pic of the day made her look like a spaniel.....I don't think so!

To celebrate, Shazbop, Champagne Hughie, David (SG - sorry - been banned from saying it!) and I went to dinner at our new regular haunt of Lavenders in Clapham.

Despite the heat, it was a fantastic evening, even though there was no real dancing.

Happy Birthday Sharon! .......It's not the same when we can't dance to 'Wake me up before you go-go' at midnight barefoot on the lawn.....
