Ok so you're the parent of a 16 year old child. You buy them a moped for their birthday and then you let them go kill themselves.

We saw these children outside Ascot racecourse today. They are breaking the law in a number of ways, not to mention the stupidity of going on a bike without gloves or any protective clothing.

Ah well, way to go Mums and Dads - why not let the children you have conceived, borne into the world and nurtured through their childhood get killed on the roads? It's your choice after all.

By the way - this wasn't an isolated high five - this had been going on for a good five minutes of following them, including the riders of both bikes as well as their passengers.
