We've got no kitchen at the moment - tonight's dinner was prepared on a chopping board balanced on the bin then cooked amongst rubble and general chaos in the space that was once the kitchen.

Still, I'm pretty proud of the almond, vegetable and bulgar wheat stir fry flavoured with garlic, chilli, ginger and honey that I managed in these conditions!
