OK - just when I thought things couldn't get worse....

My day has been rotten - two days work in a single day, two cancelled trains made my journey home a nightmare (not to mention the racist, sexist bigot behind me who spouted forth throughout my journey and the guy opposite who picked his nose all the way home). I get off the train to find David and I having a huge row about type fonts of all things.

Then I think....

I'm the luckiest thing alive. Unlike this poor pigeon with no toes, I don't have to beg for my food off commuters. I have a fulfilled, exciting job which pays well and I come home to an intelligent, funny, kind, sexy man who, for some strange reason that I can't quite fathom, seems to like me. Lucky, lucky Linda. Life is too short to be angry - it's such a waste of energy.
