I have failed to achieve my aim of doing this more-or-less every day again because of time-pressure. Sorry.

This shot was taken on my way out to work (clock on my camera is obviously wrong because it says it was taken after 10am, which wasn’t so). I’d looked at the sight of the dewy grass with beech leaves strewn across it and loved the colours. So, this morning while I was getting ready for work, I decided it’d make a nice shot for today.

Good job something worked out well today because I’ve had an otherwise fairly dismal one where I’ve managed to put my back out (sitting awkwardly while studying at work – desk and chair not designed for work, designed to look pretty) and not only that but I’ve not had a single customer all day to relieve my boredom. Hnurgh.

Still, I can’t complain because since my last update, I have done another chemistry lab and handed in the lab report – following morning again, six days before deadline. I’ve also sat (and rather splendidly passed) my first maths exam. This exam is 25% of the course total and it’s done online so is assessed immediately. I got 100%…….yee ha.

I did think this must be a mistake and then I thought they’ve given me the wrong questions but it’s true – I did pass and did get a perfect score. Now, run it past me, why was I worried about the maths again? I think it was a sparkling result.
