brotherly love

Here is the story... The little one was crying badly when his older brother playfully walked away.
But to my surprise, he shortly returned with a bunch of colorful balloons, hoping to cheer the
little one up. When I caught his act, he gave me his best smile and needless to say, I was touched :-)

Wonderful and touching story-telling diptych.
I'm touched too.

Slices of life - photography at its best.

The older one looks to be mischievous. He knows everything: he has seen you, he noticed that his brother was crying but first tried to ignore it knowing that he could not follow him, knew how to find the baloons. A very strory telling dyptich.

That's one heck of a smile!
Both of these shots are wonderful. In each case there's a very clear, strong connection between the two buys, even though their expression and emotion are completely different from each other. I really like the way in the first shot the framing reinforces the idea that the older boy is leaving the younger behind. I'm glad we got the second shot and the story to explain what really happened!
