Black-headed Weaver (Ploceus melanocephalus)

Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda

Also known as the yellow-backed weaver.
It's found in savanna and similar habitats, typically near water, in West, Central and East Africa.
It has also been introduced to Spain and Portugal.
