Arresting Moment

Kampala, Uganda

I got arrested for taking this photo.
After a visit to the local police station I was released without charge.
It's a long story, but threatening to call in the Irish Ambassador seemed to help.
Kampala is not a very photo-friendly place.

I was told at the police-station that they were worried about terrorists taking photos :-(

Hmmm, it is an intersting image but why would any get arrested for it- unless you managed to capture a Platoon of Ugandean special forces?
