Skirt it match the NY Pullover. It's a very basic 4-seam straight skirt for knits. I added 1/2" at each SA (4" total) because this is a woven, albeit a stretch woven. It worked very well. I turned the hem, CF and CB seam allowances, and the casing to the right side and edgestitched them. The FFF stands for "Fast Fun & Funky". It was a download pattern, and I doubt it's available anymore. It would be very easy to duplicate.
