This is a re-design of the yoke as well. Instead of running the grain (and stripes) horizontally, I cut on the bias, with a seam at CB. I think the effect is fun.
The topstitching at the bottom of the yoke is actually straight, it just looks crooked because of the way the fabric is draping.
