I recently put a bird feeder outside my office window but had to take it down because it was inundated by crows. In the few days I had the feeder out one female cardinal became dependent on the seed. She seems very immature compared to other cardinals. After I took in the bird feeder this cardinal hopped up on my window seal looking for seed. I went out and spread seed on the window seal. Now it seems that I have a cardinal living on my office window seal. She is very cute. I went out today and found a small feeder that I can attach to the window to hold seed for her.
