I'm still watching for baby owls, watching known burrows of adults.
This young one was very upset with me, it came out of the burrow and
scolded me for just standing still. Maybe it's a grouchy protective momma?!

(update.. I went back out on a tip and did find 2 burrows with babies! will post photos soon)
