Sap-feeding beetle (Glischrochilus sanguinolentus)

Mer Bleue area

Another shot of the very small beetle, which superficially resembles a lady beetle. It is on the underside of a Fomes fomentarius fungus. They do feed on sap as their name suggests, but they also feed on fungi.
