Planthopper (Cedusa)

A tiny planthopper with a beautiful colouring. They are quite common but because they are so small are usually overlooked. The larger grayish-blue Metcalfa pruinosa planthopper is much more noticeable being about twice the size (if not more) and much more abundant.

I love the color of this little guy. I'm not even sure what I would call it but it's a beautiful shade. Wonderful detail. V.
