They served me the biggest “mixed grill” I have ever confronted: two chops, two sausages,
a piece of steak, two rashers of bacon, two fried eggs, asparagus, tomatoes, beetroot,
salad, a generous serve of chips, and a hard-boiled egg. All by myself in the hotel dining
room, with “Big Brother” (sound turned down) on the TV. All for $18.00. A beer was extra.
