whoopsidaisy!

Somebody's in a world of trouble! Did it have one of those "How's my driving" stickers on it? ;^)
Like the snow on the ground, with the beautiful blue sky above.
northstar3705-Mar-2005 11:55
oops!
Laryl05-Mar-2005 07:43
whoa.. gives new meaning to the term cold shoulder! (the road) .. and bless your heart for being you!! :)
Leo Charette04-Mar-2005 14:37
Wow, remarkable that you have snow and a good amount. Nice shot.
Stu04-Mar-2005 10:06
Oops. Why don't they put speed bumps down - or rumble strips? That will slow them down.

Those signs are meant for others Karen...never these guys. At least that's the thinking here. I too congratulate you for caring. Well done.
Cliff03-Mar-2005 17:53
All to common a scene. Some drivers think it's their god-given right to drive at the speed limit or over it, no matter that the roads are glare ice. Sigh.
jeanb03-Mar-2005 16:36
More notoriety huh? It probably makes a nice change from forced locks and tire-irons.
Good to always have a camera with you when you came across a scene like this.
Coleen Perilloux Landry03-Mar-2005 16:08
Bless your heart for sure. We need more people like you. Pretty scene here.
Bryan Murahashi03-Mar-2005 15:56
Congrats for your recognition. That's why I do not live in an area with snowfall;-)
Also like your snowy countryside shot.
Costi Jacky 03-Mar-2005 15:38
Excellent capture.

Pretty close to the pole! Good to be recognized for your work!
katwilkens03-Mar-2005 14:06
Good composition with the truck, the yellow lines and the mailbox. Congrats on making the evening news!!
Guest 03-Mar-2005 13:29
How wonderful to be recognized for the good that you do Karen!
Herb 03-Mar-2005 13:12
Well deserved recognition

Gary was wondering what was in the truck... Looking at it, I'd say there was probably a foul smell in the cab and a skid mark on the seat! This year hasn't been too bad for this on the roads I travel. The influx of out of staters must have slowed.

You are famous! And I own one of your photographs!
Breland03-Mar-2005 12:42
Great light for both pictures. A couple more degrees and the truck could be in real trouble.
Louise Chevalier03-Mar-2005 12:26
In our area, this type of road side is called 'Soft shoulder'.
Gary Blanchette03-Mar-2005 12:23
Yikes! I wonder what was in the truck?
