You certainly have movement and drama in your photo today. Perfectly ominous. V

Good title. I like the comparison between the stillness of the natural world (almost a resigned acceptance of the storm to come, and a preparedness to weather it although this seems true of the wooden house as well) and the human side, which involves rushing for shelter.

An air of immediacy with the motion blur of the car and this lighting and mist. "V"

Storm after storm. Wish it would stop snowing and bring more seasonal weather to all concerned.

You guys are doing it so hard at the moment, stay safe...
It's amazing, snow storms in the U.S. ..floods in the U.K. and drought and fires in Australia..what's next.

Yes I am wishing to run but will see what happens. Stay safe.

I am so sorry you're in for a bad snow storm Karen. It sounds like you might get a lot! We have lots but it came in fits and starts. A half inch an inch and so on until it built up. Be safe and be careful! Thoughts and prayers are with you. This is an excellent shot and title! \/

Superb image Karen to convey the concern. You all are in my thoughts. It will be just another messy storm here in Maine... V

I just read about the storm heading towards our home in D.C, and I imagine you must be in its path. My thoughts are with you.
