Hmmm... yes ... It was (very) late last night when I posted this (after popping over and reading some threads) so now with some trepidation I'm waiting for some lurker to start a nasty thread with 'look what BigGa posted ...'.
Even splitting the forum might have no effect now as Cameta are shifting E1's for such ridiculous money, they have entered the P&S price point, and with that P&S mentality postings. Still, Glass half full ... I've gone and bought another two E1 bodies from there. At about £250 each (plus a bit for getting them over here), its a no brainer if you've already got the lenses.
What upsets me about the Oly forum is that I have a number of 'virtual friends' over there who must certainly miss the 'good old days' but don't want to continually rock the boat and try and sort things out, while also not wanting to just leave the place. Shame. Case of how much crap are you prepared to wade through to get at the good bits. What they need is a very, very large red bin ......
