Well madhatter, that's kind of a compliment - the best staged shots look natural and the best natural shots look almost staged. In this case it was not staged. As I was returning from a short hike in Banff National Park, I got caught in a late spring snowstorm. The snow on the camera melted once I was back inside the car. Before wiping the camera dry, I took a shot of it with my old digicam while it was on the passenger's seat. The snowstorm through the window provided a nice diffuse light for the image.

There was no damage to the camera.

Was this staged, or did you just come in out of the rain. Though it's not something that I'd normally choose, I've gotten my camera wet quite a few times in the Oregon drizzle.

How could you let it getting wet ?
Was there any damage ?
Your galleries are very nice. I too visited and took pictures of Lunenburgh. It is an amazing place to see
