建於1930年的三層唐樓.2010年1月22日被確定為三級歷史建築.
最初期廣東道1231,1233及1235號是一排建築風格相同的唐樓.三角牆所刻有的建築年份"1930"標誌著三幢樓宇屬同一建築群.
1960年代初,1231和1233號被拆卸,橫跨在1233號和1235號頂部的三角牆亦遭損毀,只剩下印有"930"的部份遺留在1235號頂部.
